This is where it all started! Bill was the general manager at the Bish’s RV where we purchased our Grand Design 303 RLS. He was the best! No high pressure, no unrealistic expectations, just a great down-to-earth guy who was just the right person to get us into the right RV for us!

We were not expecting anyone to recognize us on our travels. Especially not while we were doing our laundry at a small laudromat in Buffalo, WY. But, here were Kathy and Tim who called out to Norm, “Hey Mountain Beaches” as he entered. Best time at the laundromat ever!

Always be willing to change your plans! Sharon and Dennis contacted us during our travels and said that we should join them at Devil’s Tower National Monument in Wyoming. We thought, “why not”, made a quick change of plans and met up with our new lifelong friends!

RV’rs are the friendliest people ever! We were dry camping on a popular bluff by Teton National Park. Al & Nancy could tell we were out of luck in finding a spot and invited us to join their campsite. We have gone on to share campsites with them since. What great people!

We met Brian and Melissa at an Escapees conference early on. He was so nice to visit with Norm and give us hints about RVing in general. If we ever have questions or concerns he is always there for us. Make sure you take a look at his YouTube Channel RV with Tito.

We broke ALL the RV etiquette rules! We recognized Bri and TJ from Embracing Detours while boondocking near Ketchum, ID. We were brazen enough to knock on their door (and bring them a bottle of wine)! It was the beginning of a great friendship that continues to this day.
